Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using LotHub as a property discovery and communication marketplace.

Marketplace role

LotHub publishes seller-provided information and communication tools. LotHub is not a broker, escrow provider, title examiner, or party to a property transaction.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, respect other users, and comply with Philippine laws. Sellers must have legal authority to advertise every property.

Listings and moderation

LotHub may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings and accounts that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, duplicated, or unlawful.

Transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for independent inspections, title verification, contracts, taxes, professional advice, and payment arrangements. Never send money solely because a listing carries a LotHub verification badge.
