Listing Guidelines

Listings should be current, accurate, useful, and supported by authority to advertise the property.

Required quality

Use truthful titles and prices, structured location data, clear recent photos, accurate lot dimensions, known utilities and road access, and appropriate title or License to Sell information.

Prohibited content

No stolen media, duplicate listings, bait pricing, discriminatory language, hidden fees, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, or requests for unsafe payment methods.

Review and revisions

New and materially edited listings may require review. Rejected listings should be corrected and resubmitted. LotHub maintains revision and moderation history for platform safety.
